Policy

    • This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by Santiago Echeverri Duque (“the Coach”) on behalf of Alto Lab Coaching based in The Hague, the Netherlands, in the context of his coaching services.

    • The Coach respects the privacy of all clients and handles all personal information carefully and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • The Coach only processes personal data that are necessary for providing coaching services.
    This may include:

    • Name and contact details (e.g., email address, phone number);

    • Information shared during the intake or coaching sessions;

    • Administrative details (such as invoice information).

  • Personal data are processed only for the following purposes:

    • Scheduling and conducting coaching sessions;

    • Communicating about appointments and programs;

    • Preparing and sending invoices;

    • Improving the quality of the services;

    • Complying with legal obligations (such as tax administration).

  • Personal data are not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

    • Administrative data are retained for a maximum of 7 years, in accordance with legal obligations.

    • Coaching notes or session summaries are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the coaching process has ended, unless otherwise agreed with the Client.

  • The Coach takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
    All data are stored securely and are never shared with third parties without consent.

  • The Coach does not share personal data with third parties unless:

    • it is necessary for the execution of the agreement (e.g., bookkeeping);

    • there is a legal obligation to do so; or

    • the Client has given explicit consent.

    In all cases, the Coach ensures that third parties handle the data securely and in compliance with GDPR requirements.

  • Clients have the right to:

    • access their personal data;

    • request correction or deletion of their data;

    • object to data processing;

    • request restriction of processing;

    • receive a copy of their data (data portability).

    The Coach will respond to each request within four weeks.

  • If the Coach operates a website, only functional and analytical cookies are used that do not compromise privacy.
    No personal data are collected through cookies without explicit consent.

  • The Coach reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. The most recent version will always be made available on the website or upon request.
