Terms and conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching sessions, programs, and services offered by Santiago Echeverri Duque, acting on behalf of Alto Lab Coaching (“the Coach”), based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
1.2 By booking a session or entering into an agreement, the Client (“the Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed in writing.

2.1 Coaching services are intended to support personal and professional development.
2.2 The Coach is not a certified coach, psychologist, or therapist, and does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
2.3 Coaching does not replace medical or psychological treatment. The Client is responsible for seeking professional help when needed.

3.1 All information shared by the Client is treated as strictly confidential.
3.2 The Coach will not disclose any information to third parties without written consent from the Client, unless required by law.

4.1 Coaching sessions may take place in person or online, as agreed.
4.2 A session typically lasts around 60 minutes.
4.3 Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
4.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring they are available at the agreed time.
4.5 Sessions may be offered on location, and a travel allowance may apply.
4.6 Evening consultations are possible upon request.

5.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
5.2 Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
5.3 The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, notifying the Client as soon as possible.

6.1 The fee for individual coaching sessions is €130 per session, excluding VAT.
6.2 After each session, the Client will receive an invoice by email, which is payable upon receipt or within five (5) working days.
6.3. Coaching services are not reimbursable by health insurance.
6.4 Additional coaching formats may include individual Business Coaching upon request.
6.5 The Coach reserves the right to adjust rates. Updated fees will be communicated in advance.

7.1 The Coach (Santiago Echeverri Duque / Alto Lab Coaching) is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of coaching services.
7.2 The Client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching process.
7.3 The Coach’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

8.1 All materials provided (documents, exercises, presentations, etc.) remain the property of Alto Lab Coaching.
8.2 The Client may use these materials for personal purposes only and may not copy, distribute, or share them publicly without prior permission.

9.1 Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with written notice.
9.2 Fees for sessions already conducted remain payable in full.

10.1 Complaints about services must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the issue arises.
10.2 The Coach will respond within 14 days and aim to resolve the issue amicably.

11.1 Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
